The "Haagsebe Post" says that Bolshevik propagandists are very active in Holland, where they are spending rilillions of florins. 31. Borisovitch, formerly general manager of Siemens' factories at Moscow, is now one of the principal Boleheviki, whilst a former director of a German banking firm is acting as a Bolshevik foreign financial' agent. Bolshevik propaganda was first enrried abroad by German Foreign Office couriers.—Reuter.
