Major 'Greenhough presided "over a crmrt-martial this tnorning, when Private 'William Hoy was charged with failing to appear before a medical board at Oanrnru when .ordered to do so On December 26, 1916. Accused had been in custody for twenty-eight days. Private Michael Cody was charged with failing to concentrate with his unit, at Invercargill when ordered to. Accused had already been sentenced at Wanganui to three months' imprisonment for changing his name without notifying the authorities. Solicitors appeared for both prisoners, and offered excuses; , ■' Private Bernard Bradley was charged with failing to appear before a medical board at Invercargill whei ordered to. He admitted the offence and offered no ©sense. Sentences will be promulgated.
