Accused had already been sentenced at Wanganui to three months' imprisonment for changing his name without notifying the authorities. Solicitors appeared for both prisoners, and offered excuses; , ■' Private Bernard Bradley was charged with failing to appear before a medical board at Invercargill whei ordered to. He admitted the offence and offered no ©sense. Sentences will be promulgated.
