INTERNED ENEMY ALIENS
(Rec. January 13, 1.30 a.m.) London, January 10. It is officially announced that during December 630 interned alien enemies were repatriated. These were either invalids, or over age. The military authorities liave now decided that it is no longer necessary to retain enemy civilians, therefore the deportations began on January 6, when 750 person? sailed for Germany.—Aus.-N.Z.
