ENTIRE MINEFIELD ADRIFT IN THE BALTIC
NORTH .SEA FILLED WITH MINES. (Rec. January 9, 7.30' p.m.) London, January 8. Reports from Stockholm state that an entire minefield appears to be adrift off the south coast of Sweden. Twenty ex. ploded off the Danish coast. Fishermen report that tho North Sea is filled with an enormous number of small, drifting mines of hitherto unknown construction; —Router.
