FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications are -for southerly bwzes veering to freshening westerlies and northerlies soon. Fair to cloudy weather is probable generally! but unsettled and squally conditions are-likely'to follow shortly, especially in and southward of Cook Strait. Barometer has'a rising tendency, fallin the Bouth soon. • Westerly atmospheric conditions .passed over the Dominion on Sunday, when strong westerly winds ears place to southerlies.
