REPUBLICAN CONVENTION PROPOSED , REVOLUTIONARY PLOT REVEALED, London, January 3. The Sinn Feiners are planning to hold' a convention in Dublin to a scheme for Irish independence. After negotiations by tho Lord Mayor of Dublin, who went to Belfast, the le--volt of the Sinn Fein prisoners ended. The prisoners will probably be removed to an internment camp. EVIDENCE W A PLOTAT A COURT-MARTIAL MILITARY, PLANS FOR, ARMED- , REVOLT,.. .. . ■ ' London, January 3 i Evidence of a. supposed jilot in Wicklow and Wexford was given at Dublin in the court-martial of John Gallagner,. a- hotel bookkeeper at Baltingiase, who was charged with possessing documents containing information, useful to the enemy. . - The prosecution quoted a document detailing* procedure by which on receipt of orders to strike battalion headquarters should be established' at L'altinglass, which would bo in touch with brigade headquarters. -The-police barracks, the railway, and 'the post office should be seized, and volunteers were' to soize, similar places in Wicklow and Wexford. "The document included instructions foi the- destruction of t'le great southern and western main roucls, the digging of trenches every half mile, the destruction of bridges, rolling stock, flax, and corn, and the erection of barricades.
