REPUBLICAN CONVENTION PROPOSED , REVOLUTIONARY PLOT REVEALED, London, January 3. The Sinn Feiners are planning to hold' a convention in Dublin to a scheme for Irish independence. After negotiations by tho Lord Mayor of Dublin, who went to Belfast, the le--volt of the Sinn Fein prisoners ended. The prisoners will probably be removed to an internment camp. "The document included instructions foi the- destruction of t'le great southern and western main roucls, the digging of trenches every half mile, the destruction of bridges, rolling stock, flax, and corn, and the erection of barricades.
