MAGISTRATE'S COURT
Tha proceedings at the Magistrates Court on Saturday were presided over by Mr. F. V. Frazer, S.M. William Smith was fined X 3 for having used obscene language, and was convicted and discharged for drunkenness, tho breach of a prohibition order, and the' commission of an indecent act.
