Sir, —We see that a class for Territorial officers is to be held: shortly at Trentham. Now, my opinion, is that all ap- ) pointments in the Defence, of! whatever f nature, officers in the Territorials. Staff i jobs, etc., should be-given, tp'relumed ; officers and men.
