Weather changeable generally, witli ccattercd showers, but a temporary improvement is probable soon in the East Coast districts. Barometer riso, but fall again shortly in tho south. A disturbance passing in the south haß been responsible for liigh nortli-weat to south-west winds; Changeable and squally conditions have prevailed cenerally with occasional rain in most parts'of the country.
