A The weather yesterday was fair in the •morning, but a chaugo came over the sky as tho day wore on. The temperature dropped, and heavy rain fell. The outlook is'not promising. According to tho official forecast, present indications are for moderate to strong southerly winds, with a temporary rise in the barometer, cool and changeable weather generally, with heavy showers. A brief interval of fair weather may be expected" soon.
