SCHEDULE EJJNiVING KESUMED. Bγ Teleeraph.—Press Association. 'Dunedin, December 28. The tramway workers dropped the goslow policy yesterday/ and cars ran to schedule time. A special meeting of the City Council is to be held on Tuesday, when the Deputy-Mayor will submit a proposal to be made at a conference with the men. If the proposal is accepted by the council, the conference will probably be held on Friday.
