FORECAST AND JIB MB? AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications are Tor moderate to strong southerly winds, decreasing and veering to increasing northerlicß shortly. Changeable weather may bo ex- , pected, -with fair to cloudy conditions predominating, but probably only for a brief period,-for another atmospheric depression is apparently developing to the westwards. A disturbance passing in the south on Saturday accounted for high westerly winds, unsettled weather and rain in many parts.
