FORECAST AND JIB MB? AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications are Tor moderate to strong southerly winds, decreasing and veering to increasing northerlicß shortly. Changeable weather may bo ex- , pected, -with fair to cloudy conditions predominating, but probably only for a brief period,-for another atmospheric depression is apparently developing to the westwards. A disturbance passing in the south on Saturday accounted for high westerly winds, unsettled weather and rain in many parts. Conditions moderated on Sunday, and barometric pressure has since increased everywhere with moderate to Strang southerly winds prvailing. B. V.. PBMBERTON, Assistant Dircotor. Meteorological Office.
