DISAPPOINTING OUTPUT FROM HOME ISLAND YARDS. (Rec. December 22, 5.5 p.m.) Washington, December 19. Tho Senate investigation regarding the Home Island shipbuilding yards disclosed that only ono ship had been turned out, while fifty keels were laid at a cost of" twelve millions sterling.
