GOODS STOLEN FROM AMERICAN LEGATION. (Ree. December 20, 5.35 p.m.) Washington, December 18. The State Department has learned that a hundred thousand dollars' worth of goods have been stolen from the American Legation at Bucharest, apparently by the Germans.—Aus.-N.Z.. Cable Assn.'
