Tho sale started punctually at 11.30 a.m. on bullocks, and by 12.1» P ; ™. we had disposed of 918 head at auction out of the 1000 entered at prices in Bomn cases exceeding: vendors' expectations, and again proving that our clients are alwayß readv to meet the market. Thero was good demand. Tor best, lines of well-bred 2-year steers, these selling at good prices. Kough sorts were practically neglected, however, and a good number of these were turned out unsold.
