London, December Apart from the strength of the women's vote, the uncertainty as to the soldiers, vote makes it impossible to forecast individual results in the elections. The soldiers in Britain polled strongly, and tho returning officers received saoks M ballot-papers from the camps prior to December U, and the soldiers still have a few days in which to vote. Hence candidates who are assured of a local triumph admit that the soldiersjnay upset their calculations.
