CHAOS IN TURKEY
UNPRECEDENTED DISTRESS. (Rec. December 17, 7.25 p.m.) Constantinople, December 16. Unprecedented distress prevails here. Trade and finance are at a complete standstill. The peasants refuse to accept paper money.
