EVIDENCE AT I.W.W. INQUIRY. Sydney, December 17. Referring to the suspicion raised. by Scully that M'Alister's death wos the result of foul play, Mr. Justice Street's report states that this is one of the nuerous instances of Scully's untruthfulness and unscrupulousness. The report concludes: "The evideace given at the inquiry was for tho most part a tissue of falsehoods, aimed at ruining men whose good name is peculiarly open to attnek. I am convinced that the dominant motive in. Scully's mind was to tet money, probably by means of blackmail. I, —Press Assn.
