Dunedin, December 17. , The city 'tramway', again adopted a go-slow policy in running the cars to-day, and'similar, proceeding were adopted on the Mornington line, but the Eoslyn and Kaikorai lines are not affected. A ballot will be taken on Friday on the issue of a strike or.no strike. It is understood that three or four-men have been suspended ■ in; connection with the trouble.
