BOLSHEVISM IN UNITED STATES
A FANTASTIC PROCLAMATION. (Eec. December 10, 11.15 p.m.) New York, December 13. Circulars issued by the "People's Day Ccmmiltee" announce that il reign of Bolshevism in tlio United States will start oil Friday. The proclamation, cancels all debts public and private, repeals all statutes and ordinances, declares vacant all public offices, and directs tlio military and naval organisations immediately to dissolve. New York remains calm.—Reuter.
