DUNEDIN TRAMWAYMEN
GO-SLOW POLICY ADOPTED. By Telcs*raj>h.—Press Association. Dunadin, December 16. There was considerable delay in tho running of the city tramcars to-day, tho men apparently, adopting a go-slow policy. By 2 p.m. one car was 42 minutes late. Tho men contend that they aro carrying out the rules regarding reduced speed at crossings, etc. The men's v action is believed to be a protest against the delay on tho part of the Minister of Labour in authorising a ballot under tho Labour Disputes Investigation Act.
