THE WEATHER
FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY, Present judications are for moderate to strong south-west winds and cool changeable weather generally, with heavy showers in many narts of, the Dominion. Barometer rise everywhere. Stronu westerly winds have changed to southerlies in the South Island, where atmospheric pressure has increased since last evening. The weather has been unsettled generally and boisterous in parts, with scattered rain, but heavy rain has fallen in tho West Const and southernmost districts in the South, Island. B. V.
