Thomas Demi, who had been once previously convicted, was fined 205.. with the alternative of 2<t hours' imprisonment; and Anthony Bannister and James Troy, with one previous conviction each, were fined 10s. each, with the option of 2i hours' imprisonment. Sidney Watson was fined ss. for being found helplessly drunk in Courteuay Place, and was ordered to pay IDs. medical expenses, in default 21 hours' imprisonment. Charles Kemp, who had been convicted three times previously, and who was also charged with a preach of Iris prohibition order, was sentenced to snven days' imprisonment. .lames Uoßister and Francis Council pleaded priiilty to engaging in a stand-up fight in Vivian Street on "Monday nicht, and were each fined 10s., with the alternative of seven days' imprisonment.
