WELLINGTON SOUTH BY-ELECTION
<r _ - Mr. George Frost will address the electors of AYelliiigton South to-night nt 8 o'clock at Fuilford's Hall, Brooklyn, Tomorrow night Mr. Frost will speak at the Public Library, Newtown, and on Monday at the Masonic Hall, Berliampore. The Labour campaign will be opened at the Star Theatro to-night at S o'cloek, when the official Labour candidate, Mr. R. Sample, supported by Messrs. M. .'. Reunion, ,T. Reid, T. Brindle, and A. L. Monteith, will address the electors. Mr. A. Parlane will occupy the chair. Mr. John Castle will address the electors at Newtown Public Library on Monday, at Brooklyn Baptist Schoolroom on Tuesday, and at Berhampore, at Masonic Hall, on Wednesday,
