IF THE ARMY HAD BEEN CRUSHED —? London, December 6. Sir F. E. Smith, speaking at Liverpool, said it is now possible to reveal thiit during the dark days of April nil preparations were made to carry to these islands the scattered remains of the British force if the Germans succeeded in driving the wedgo between the British and French Armies.
