UNPRECEDENTED NUMBER OF CANDIDATES _____ -\ FOURTEEN WOMEN ASPIRANTS ' t London, December 5. Oilo hundred and seven members .have been re-elected unopposed in the British elections up till midnight, including 41 Coalition Unionists, 27 Coalition Liberals, 27 Sinn Feiners, 11 Labourites, and 1 Nationalist. ■ .. An unprecedented number of candidates includes 580 Coalitionists, of whom Jo are Unionists and 125 Liberals. The : remainder are Labourites and Independents. Two hundred and seventy Liberals oppose Coalitionists, and there are numerous triangular contests,'due to the plethora of Labourites, numbering 4.00, of various shades, and the Independents, including the Nution.il Parly a nil tho Discharged Soldiers' Federation.
