: The Advisory Board of tho New.Zealand Patriotic AVar Relief-Societies laid 'down an important principle yesterday, when it passed the following resolution :- i "That the Advisory Board is of opinion that it is not prudent for patriotic funds to be used to assist in the building of permanent soldiers clubs.
