Association is desirous of ascertaining the. views rfithe Advisory Board on the appeal ;fiat is being made bv Lisut.-Colonel E. Sf'ayfield on behalf of the War' Hortiiiiltiiral Relief Fund, a branch_ o£ which has now been established in this Dominion, and approved, by. the Minister of Internal Affair?. The object of this Eund is the restoration of the'thousands if orchards, gardens, and nurseries that have been destroyed/by the German Alliance. It aims at supplying seeds, plants, surfings, .trees, tools, and implements, together with expert advice, and bortijultural education. It aims at raising jme million pounds throughout the British Emgire. Will you please place'the [natter before .the next meeting of ,the poard so that the general, feeling, of the members toward* the appeal can be as-, sertained." .' .'.'..■..' .
