The fat cattle yarding totalled 395, or more than double tho offerings of late. There were 809 fat lambs yarded, tho largest entry this season. There were eight and a. half races filled with fat sheep. Tat cattle were.easier by about £2 to .£3 per head. Although fat. lambs did hot (reach last week's value they met with a very good sale. The fn.t sheep sale was somewhat irregular, but prices were on tho average down by 2s. and 2e. 6d. per head compared with the week before, and graziers ■•were able to operate in unfinished fihee-p. Fat pigs were easier. Pat. Sheep—Woolly wethers, 38s. to 535. 6d.; extra prime shorn wethere, 52-3, 6d.; prime shorn wethers, 37a. 6d. to -Ifls.; medium shorn wethers, 345. to 375.; lighter shorn wethers, 30s. to 335. fid.; shorn merino wethers, 285.; woolly ewes, 38s. to 545. 6d.; prime shorn ewes, 355. to 423.. fld.; lighter shorn ewes, 255. -id. to 345. 6d.; shorn hoggets, 275. to 28s. 10d. Fat Lambs.—Extra prime lambs, to 325. 3d.; prime, 265. 6d. to 305.; medium, 235. to 265.; lighter lambs. 13s. to 225. fid. .
