The Education Bo.ud passed the following resolution:—"That in \iew of the widespread dissatisfaction with the regrading of certain grades of teachers 6,y the Assistant Director, the board ask the Minister, to set up a commission to inquire into the whole mutter of grading, with a view to arriving at a satisfactory Dominion grading list that will command the confidence of both teachors and boards."
