GOOD NEWS FOB THE PRODUCERS. Mr. Massey stated yesterday that the outlook for the shipping position had greatly improved, and he thought that while there might, a.nd probably would, be difficulty for some time in getting products such as tallow and bemp carried to British markets, he thought we should get away sufficient meat, dairy produce, and wool to keep those great producing industries going without serious inconvenience. He believed that there would be another improvement 'before very long.
