AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications are for a continuance or strong and sgually -winds, -westerlies prevailing, and changing to southerlies after trom 24 to 36 hours. Cloudy and unsettled weather, with rain is probable generally. The barometer still has a falling tendency. 'A westerly atmospheric depression has been reeuonsible for otroner north-west winds , .
