"GROSSLY UNFAIR"

Sir, —I see by the papers thai a large majority of the community are disposed, "to blame the Hon. \V. R M.tssey and Sir Joseph Ward for the spread of the. present epidemic. To my mind that is grossly unfair. They were only passengers' by the Niagara, and would 'have had to submit to quarantine like anyone else had the doctors thought necessary. I consider the medical men on board, the health officer, and the Minister of Health the responsible, men. It is unfair to try and shift the blame on to other people's shoulders. Possibly this injustice is committed for political purposes,—l am, etc., A LOVER OF JUSTICE. November 30.
