Mr. Carl Ackermann (of the New York "Times") states that according to Czecho-Slovak information the Bolshevik array numbers 227,000, wth' twenty-three new divisions called up for the spring. The Czech'o-Slovak army faces formidable Bolshevik forces which threaten their communications towards Vladivostok.
