QUESTION OF , COMMISSION. His Honour Mr. Justice Hosking yesterday heard a case vhich had been moved from the Lower Court and in which Harris Grand. <>( Waimate, .'canvasser (Mr. R. H. Webb)" claimed £2H 12s. 2d., balnnce of commission from Dimond and Hurt, of Wellington (Mr. C. B. Morison). The facts admitted were that plaintiff acted as canvasser for defendants, who dealt in photographic enlargements. An amount of commission had been paid, but 'the payment of the balance was disputed. The Court was asked to interpret the terms of the contract rotating to commission. An alternative claim of «ClO 15s, 3d. wns made. After considerable argument, His Honour reserved his decision.
