SULPHIDE CORPORATION
The Sulphide Corporation, London, cables that at their aunual meeting on December 19 the directors will recommend further dividends of three shillings per share on preference shares and two shillings and threepence on ordinary shares, payable on January 3, 1919, and making a total distribution of 25 per cent, paid out of the prpfits earned for the year ended June 30, 1918 — deduct income tax of three shillings and sixpence in the pound. The transfer books will be closed from December 9 to December 24, inclusive.—(Published by arrangement.) j
