T/yHEREAS, in pursuance of the ' » powers conferred upon him by Section 18 of The Public Health Act, 1908, the District Health Officer at Wellington, did, by Notice dated the fifteenth day of November, 1918, require that for the purpose of more effectually checking or preventing the . spread of influenza, all marble bars, refreshment rooms and tea rooms be Closed except during certain specified hours, and, whereas, it is.now desirable to modify to some extent such restrictions, in regard to Wellington City and Suburbs.
