ROMAN QUESTION AT THE PEACE TABLE. Rome, November 27. Prelates at the Vatican confirm the report that tlio Holy See will submit the Roman question to the Peaeo Conference, requesting a settlement between the Vatican nncl the Quirinal. It is also stated that the Pope, has personally propared a plan under which lie will have greater liberty of movement, while, the installation of a wireless plant at the Vatican will enable, the Holy Seo to c< mnninieate with foreign Governments and Nuncios. The Pope is also willing to accept an annuity of a million lire, which Italy has offered since 1870, but which has never yet been accepted.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
