AN EDICT ON THE TEACHING OP HISTORY. (Rec. December 1, 5.5 p.m.) Amsterdam, November 2S. Tho Prussian Socialist Minister for •Education has issued an instruction to schools that the_ teaching of history has hitherto been misused in order to influence international hate. This practice must stop without delay. All mendacious and false teaching about the world war and _ its authors must stop, and all books glorifying war must be removed from school libraries.—Aus.-N.Z.
