FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO NORTH RUSSIA
BJMTAIN REORGANISING THE CURRENCY. (ReC. December 1, 5.5 p.m.)' London, November 28. The Press Bureau stales that in view of the confused stnto of the cuirreiicy iu Northern Russia the British Government has decided to assist the Provisional Government of that area in establishing a new rouble currency at a fixe* rate'of exchange, forty roubles per £1. An experienced British financier has been appointed to supervise and control the office of conversion established at Archangel—Aus.-N./i. Cable. Assn.Hentcr.
