THE LIQUOR BILL
Sir,—"Anti-Humbug" is absolutely right when ho says so much depends on a Liquor Bill. The. only pity of it is that Cabinet has not seen lit to deal with this important measure twelve months ago. If it take.s Cabinet from now till Christmas timo to evolve a Liquor Bill, which will keep the hotel burs nailed up, tho way they have been the last fow days, it will bo timo and money well spent—l am, etc., ORPHAN. [Tho above' lottor has been curtailed as wo cannot at present find room for a general discussion on the liquor queslina.]
