The death occurred yesterday i\t the Wellington' Hospital of Mr. Charles Frederic Hills. The late Mr. Hills attained some distinction as a footballer, being a member of the St.-James's Club, and he represented AVcllingtou on numerous occasions. He was 'M years of age.
