EDUCATIONAL SCHEME. (Special from the Official New Zealand War Correspondent.) Tlie education scheme, which is compulsory, has been successfully launched and enthusiastically taken lip by the officers and men of the New Zealand Forces, who realise the great benefits that are likely to accrue consequent on increased efficiency in (heir trades and professions. The officers' rest-house in Southern France will not be istablished, as the coming move to Germany renders the scheme impracticjbla.
