THE WEATHER
FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications are for strong westerly to southerly winds, and squally, changeable conditions, with heavy showers generally. Uaroraetor unsteady, but rising everywhere soon. High southerly winds prevailed on Saturday, with rain in many parts. Conditions improved on Sunday, but a rapid decrease in atmospheric pressure since lias accounted for freshening westerly winds and increased cloudiness generally to-day, B. V. I'EMDE.'WON.
