MOTICE IS" HEREBY GIVEN that all 1™ owners and occupiers of premises situate within tho County of Mak.wa are immediately called upon to prevent any accumulation on their properties of manure or other offensive matter that may be a nuisance or injurious to health. Any such ciisting accumulation must be immediately removed, destroyed, or otherwise disposed of so.that it shall ceaee to be offensive. If default is made in complying with this requisition the owner and occupier shall be severally liable to a fine of £1 per day until euch matter is removed or disposed of to the satisfaction of an Inspector under the "Public Health Act, 1908."
