BRITISH GOVEIfNMENT BILL. London, November 21. In the House of Lords, Sir George Cave (niio was recently made a Lord of Appeal) stated that all inierned Germans would be repatriated. The Government would introduce a Bill empowering- the exclusion of foreigners in peace time, the same as in wartime, ond would differentiate between the peoples of various countries. Pereoiially ho was of opinion that no German should be allowed to land on British shores.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
