RUSSIAN WARSHIPS ATTACK A FINNISH PORT (Rec. November 22, 8 p.m.) Copenhagen, November 21. Three Russian warships cannonaded Vitikalla, Finland, for three hours. The Finnish Government, fearing a Bolshevik invasion, ordered the evacuation of the frontier districts.—United Service.
