Present indications aro for moderate to Btroiiff westerly -winds, changing to south-west, the barometer rising everywhere Boon. 0001, changeablo and showery weather may bo expectod generally, but an improvement is likely to follow shortly. A disturbance of . modcrato intensity passing in the south to-day has accounted for clondy to overcast' conditions, and rain in many parts of the country.
