AT i P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indicates are for westerly and southerly winds, moderate to strong and squally at times. Weather cloudy to overcast and colder generally, with rain .probable in mauy parts of the Dominion. The. barometer has a fall.ing tendency in the south, but is due to rise everywhere after about twenty.four hours. Cloudy conditions have ruled and rain fell generally during Tuesday night.
