Sydney, November 19. A meeting of the Danish Society passed a resolution in favour of the restoration of the.Daivish-speaking provinces lost in 1864—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.

The Voters' Association in North Schleswig decided to take a referendum whether to remain German or rejoin Denmark. _ Dr. Solf has intimated his assent to the referendum, and added that Denmark had been asked if she were willing to take over the territory.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.'
